We’re extremely excited to announce our new hacker space, CodeCloud.

In partnership with Nick Stocking and his revolutionary freelance community DesignCloud, Code Academy now has a second place to call home. Community has been engrained in our culture from day one and today as we continue to grow our family, it’s humble knowing we’ve already begun to outgrow even our own expectations.

“Code Academy sees our beautiful studio as a perfect basecamp. We see a great opportunity for designer/developer collaboration.

We’re building a culture at the studio which embraces the entrepreneur. Finding new work, sharing ideas and resources, casting a wider net…together.”

It’s now our own hacker space for current students when they’re not in class and for alumni to gather and tackle Learn by Example. Bigger picture, we’re looking forward to bringing Chicago into our living room. We’re fortunate to have a space that inspires us, teaming with brilliant designers and we can’t wait to jump in and start pairing.
